In May of 2011 two girls graduated with relatively useless (though incredibly expensive) BAs from their respective universities.  In search of something a bit more exciting, they left their humble college towns for a significantly shinier life in the Big Apple.  A few months into living out their dreams (while periodically getting the crap beat out of them by the city that never sleeps) both girls were contacted by old friends.  In a mismatched, six degrees of separation like fashion, the two were set up to meet. It was a blind date, for friends!  Molly was the one in red lip stick; Hadley was wearing coral.  What started as a couple of blood orange margaritas at The Smith turned into a cheap dinner next door, quickly becoming frequent after-work drinks, sampling trendy new restaurants, and back and forth work emails commiserating over our daily broke-girl-in-the-city mishaps. And then, there was this, our new baby, our blog.
